Ancient Secrets to a Beautiful Skin

Table of Contents

Beautiful skin is a precious asset. Smooth and supple skin makes heads turn. Protecting your skin from the harsh environmental insults and nourishing it with nutrients gives you an enviable skin.

Soft supple skin

In this post I will mention some really useful and easy tips which you can fit into your busy schedule.

Hydration
The first and foremost requirement for healthy skin is hydration. Drink lots of water, it flushes out toxins and keeps your skin moisturized and supple.
The second amazing thing you can do for a glowing skin, is eating a nutritious food. Dietary vitamin A is essential for healthy skin, so say top nutritionists. Include a range of berries for a glowing skin. Straw berries, blue and berries, raspberries and plums can work wonders for your skin.

Green tea is rich in antioxidants and is highly beneficial for your skin. In a nutshell, eat veggies and fruits close to their natural form, without too much cooking, it can work wonders for your skin. You can eat plenty of salads.

Beauty routine

Cleansing- deep clean your skin, especially the face and neck with a deep pore cleansing lotion. Ayurvedic beauty products are safe and effective without any side effects, because they are made from natural products.

Scrubbing
A healthy scrub can bring out the dead cells, helping your skin to breathe and revitalize itself using a fresh supply of oxygen. Again, I would recommend going in for natural products.

Experts advise that if you have acne problem and rosacea you should not use a scrub. It will be wise if you consult a doctor.

For others here is a great homemade scrub, take a ripe banana, mash it and add sugar and a tsp of honey. This acts as a scrub and makes your face look fresh.

use natural creams for deep cleansing and scrubbing. I follow these beauty routines once a week, these creams have been coming for a few months and so does not bite my pocket.

Steaming
when your face looks dull and tired, you can go in for steaming. You can add some essential oils to enhance the beauty results. You can find more information about steaming here.

Avoid the harsh sun

When you venture out use a sunscreen with a proper sun protecting factor. Always use sunglasses to protect your tender eyes from the harmful ultra violet rays.

Other beauty essentials

Limit your bath time, hot water and long showers remove the oils from your skin. Avoid strong soaps opt for mild cleansers. Be gentle to your skin and show it a little TLC and watch it flourish.

Avoid smoking, it abuses your skin like no other. Relax and reduce your stress levels. Follow these wonderful steps and tell me your results in the comments section.
