The result? Total nervous system burnout, chronic fatigue, and a body that finally whispered, “No more.”

That moment changed everything. I realized that modern wellness culture isn’t healing us — it’s often just giving us a longer to‑do list.

  • BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics (University of Madras) My foundation in human metabolism, biochemistry, and the gentle healing power of food.

  • MSc in Home Management (University of Madras) A holistic understanding of lifestyle design, stress reduction, and creating peaceful home health ecosystems.

  • UGC Lectureship Certification A national‑level qualification that reflects my love for teaching and simplifying complex science into warm, practical guidance.

  • Advanced Continuing Education Specialized training in Improving the Health of Women, Children, and Adolescents from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), ensuring my approach stays aligned with modern, evidence‑based care.

🌿 My Work Beyond the Blog

As part of this journey, I founded Sprout Health — a curated wellness shop offering gentle, feminine tools that support nervous system healing, mindful living, and soft self‑care.

I also run Sprout Health Studio, my Etsy shop where I create and share printable journals, trackers, and calming self‑care templates designed to help women slow down and reconnect with themselves.

Every purchase supports women and children in need.

It’s a small way we turn compassion into action, making wellness accessible and impactful for all.
