They are good for eyes and optimize heart health. The fiber present in it helps to prevent constipation and the best part is apricots are low in calories.
Blueberries- raw blueberries have a rich flavor and are nutritionally at its best. They have a high content of antioxidants. Do you what? Blueberries sharpen your memory. Organic blueberries have a higher content of antioxidants than the conventionally grown ones. They are good for the heart and eyes, improve cognitive function, have blood sugar benefits and prevent cancer.
