The secret to a slimmer waistline may be the simple spinach that grows in your garden. And yes, it has been scientifically proven that spinach extract decreases hedonic hunger to 95% and increased weight loss up to 43%.
Hedonic hunger

Now, what is this? The craving for unhealthy foods such as sweets or fast foods that leads to obesity is called as hedonichunger. The spinach extract contains green leaf membranes called thylakoids.
