Tomato is a great source of lycopene. Researchers found in animal studies that lycopene greatly reduces the risk of prostate cancer. Soy contains many compounds that have anticancer effects. Scientists have found out that grape seed extract is very effective against head and neck cancers. They did the experiment on mice and have come out very successful. 


According to ScienceDaily, researchers have found that black raspberries may prevent cancers of esophagus and colon. Pterostilbene a potent antioxidant found in blue berries fight cancer. Grape seed compounds boost the immune system and prevent skin cancer.
