Tabura is a high-energy workout that pairs West African dance moves with military-style punching, jabbing and kickboxing drills. I guess this workout is pretty hard for an average person.

Bhangra workout is a centuries-old folk dance from India. It has been made into a dance and fitness program by the television host Sarina Jain. Another intense fitness regimen is that of the Bollywood music. It comprises of fitness and exercise routines which are heavily influenced by Indian Film songs. It helps you to lose weight in your hips, thighs, and tones up your core. It also relieves pain in the neck, back and shoulder area which may be caused due to long working hours.
