Water makes up to 60% of the body’s weight. It flushes toxins out of the vital organs and carries nutrients to the cells. Men roughly need about 13 glasses of water every day and women nine glasses of water every day.

It helps to moisturize your skin, keeping it young and healthy. It aids in digestion, prevents dehydration, and maintains the Ph balance of the body.

Drinking plenty of this precious resource helps to keep your kidney and heart in good condition. Along with a high fiber, diet water prevents constipation.

But drinking clear unpolluted water is a distant dream for many people in developing countries. Water is a nature’s gift to humanity; it is sad people around the world do not have access to clean drinking water. Do your part to save water on this precious planet.
